What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Ordering allows you place your order with us before the goods have arrived at our warehouse, this means you get the chance to get the best decorations before they're live in stock.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Pre-order items have an expected dispatch date on each product page, it is also shown at the checkout of your order. Your pre-ordered products may arrive before the advertised date.

What Happens if my Order Includes a Mix of ‘Pre-Order’ and Items that are in Stock?

If you have purchased a mix of pre-order and none pre-ordered items, we will dispatch the item(s) that are in stock first, then your pre order item(s) will be dispatched when they arrive to us.

When is Payment Taken?

Will I be Notified when my Pre-Order is Dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch email from us and tracking information from the courier. Make sure to check your junk or spam folder as correspondences occasionally fall into there.

What happens if there is a Delay?

We aim to despatch items within 2 working days of receiving them, however, we ask to allow up to 5 additional working days to allow for any delays of stock arriving / dispatching orders out. If there is a delay greater than 5 days our team will get in touch.
